Willow Park ALF

Tiffany Kaminski Administrator Tiffany joined Willow Park in February 2011. Tiffany advanced rapidly from the Resident Care Coordinator to her recently appointed position of Administrator. Tiffany’s work ethic, commitment to Willow Park, and strong sense of devotion to helping others have been keys to her advancement. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for health care and improving the lives of others. She enjoys working with the residents of Willow Park and is happy to be part of the residents’ lives. She is a devoted mother to her daughter.  Regina Talerico, RN ALP Coordinator  Regina joined Willow Park in March of 2017 as the new nurse for the Assisted Living Program.  Regina was born and raised in Utica, although her life experiences have taken her to Texas and Florida.  Utica has always been her home.  She has 2 daughters, Chelesea and Ashley, whom are both nurses as well.  They each have blessed me with granddaughters Isabella and Carmella.  I have been a nurse for decades.  I first happened to Willow Park, while working for Senior network Health and Visiting Nurse Association.  Most recently I was employed by a local pediatrician.  I volunteer for the wheelchair division of The Boilermaker Road Race after being in the medical tent for several years.  I am also involved with local charities, including hospice, Abraham House and Kids Oneida.  I am looking forward to learning this new position and being part of a successful team.  Patti Nicholson, RN  Patti Nicholson has been a devoted nurse for over 45 years. In September of 2009, Patti joined Willow Park as its first Assisted Living Program Coordinator. In addition to her duties at Willow Park, Patti has traveled to our other facilities to train and support the other nurses. Patti has shown a willingness to help out wherever needed and is a tremendous asset to all of Adirondack Manor. Patti loves the residents and will always be a vital part of our company. Patti is also a devoted wife and mother. Melissa Trumble Resident Care Coordinator
